Description
At Pinterest, we're looking for a Product Manager II to lead the development of internal tools for Trust & Safety. As a key member of the Trust and Safety Ops team, you will own the product strategy for the internal tools that power trust & safety at Pinterest. This includes review queue systems, entity inspection and management, bulk operations, and domain management tools.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the transformation of these tools toward an AI-first future, reimagining what internal tooling looks like when AI is a core participant in every workflow. You will partner closely with Operations, ML Engineering, Risk Intelligence, Policy, and Data Science to shape tools that serve an expanding community of T&S practitioners across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving the T&S Tools product roadmap
- Defining and shipping AI-native tool capabilities
- Partnering deeply with T&S practitioners to understand workflows, identify friction, and deliver improvements
- Managing the internal customer experience across a diverse user base
- Triage inbound requests from cross-functional stakeholders
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of product management experience, strong user empathy, and a growth mindset with enthusiasm for AI. You should be able to explain your approach and show us not just what you know, but how you think.
