Description
We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support. You will assist with exercises, treatments, and other activities to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans Conduct exercises and activities to help patients improve mobility and strength Use equipment and supplies to provide patient care Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant studies or related field preferred Certification as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) required Ability to lift and move patients safely Strong communication and interpersonal skills
