Shorex Manager (Japanese Speaking) - CS

As a Shorex Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that shore excursions meet or exceed revenue budgets and provide exceptional customer service to passengers. You will work closely with other revenue departments to promote shore excursions and collaborate with tour operators to resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed revenue budgets for shore excursions
• Ensure that shore excursions are promoted effectively through various channels
• Collaborate with other revenue departments to promote shore excursions
• Work closely with tour operators to resolve any issues that may arise
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Preferred experience in the cruise industry as Shorex Manager, preferably on ships with Japanese destinations
• Preferred experience with public speaking and ability to create presentations
• Fluent knowledge of the English Language, both verbal and written
• Command of the Japanese language, both verbal and written
