What you'll do
You'll support the strategy work in the HR department, including preparing workshops and documents for the top management. You'll also assist with projects and processes related to the transformation, such as strategic personnel planning and strategic competence management. Additionally, you'll analyze and prepare data to derive strategic recommendations, research and evaluate new technologies and trends, and communicate change management to the entire organization.
What you need
- A study place for Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable course of study (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)
- Ideally, first practical experiences in the fields of management consulting, (automotive) industry, strategy work, or project management
- Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a quick grasp
- Independent and structured working style, as well as developed team and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and an innovative mindset
- Affinity for innovation and/or tech topics
- Very good presentation skills and a secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good German and good English skills (min. B2)
