Description
As a Customs Specialist at Ford Motor Company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of parts and vehicles across borders. This involves engaging with suppliers, buyers, and other parties involved in the customs process as part of our Global Customs strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and other parties involved in the customs process
- Contributing to the movement of parts and vehicles across borders
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of international trade and customs regulations. You should also have excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade or similar
- 2-4 years of experience in foreign trade/customs or similar
- English language proficiency (80%)
- On-site position (Monday-Friday)
- Position based in GTBC
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of how to coordinate custom broker and Customs service providers
- Experience in data analytics tools
- Familiarity with software/systems transitions
