Global Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to oversee procurement and supply base management for Corsair PC systems, PC components, and Sim Racing products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and owning aspects of procurement and supply base to ensure optimum cost and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships, including evaluations, negotiations, and onboarding
• Develop and implement supplier management strategies to achieve business objectives
• Negotiate prices, schedules, and terms with suppliers
• Identify and lead cost-down projects and track spending and cost savings
• Source new suppliers and expand existing suppliers' business scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 7+ years of procurement and negotiation experience
• Proven track record in commercial environments and high-level face-to-face negotiations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience working with global teams and various stakeholders
• Prior experience in the computer industry or Sim Racing industry, a plus
