Control Environment Manager

Job Purpose: The Control Environment Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper conduct of operations at the branch, achieving a balance between customer service, operational risk, and risk appetite, by adhering to global standards, regulations, technological solutions, and personnel training and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with global standards, regulations, and internal controls
• Oversee operational risk management and risk appetite
• Develop and implement effective training and awareness programs for personnel
• Monitor and report on control environment performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking control, operations, risk, or fraud areas
• Experience as an AEO/Team Leader or Manager is desirable
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and risk management
• Familiarity with RCA methodology and consumer products is desirable
• Knowledge of database administration and project development methodologies is desirable
