Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments. Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans under the guidance of a physical therapist. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals as needed. Participate in patient education and provide information about home exercise programs and other self-care activities. Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in physical therapy or related field preferred Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin Ability to lift and move patients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting Certification in a specialty area such as orthopedics or sports medicine
