At Bayer, we're seeking a Prostate Sales Consultant to drive clinical demand, education, and sale of Nubeqa and Xofigo to medical oncologists, urologists, radiation oncologists, and mid-level healthcare professionals within Oncology specialty within institutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating competency of product clinical efficacy, articulating a strong value proposition for customers, and learning and retaining in-depth clinical knowledge of numerous tumor types.
Key responsibilities include building key office relationships, soliciting customer inputs, positively influencing accounts, delivering sales goals, reviewing sales data, assessing trends, and adjusting sales strategy based on insights.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, relevant specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, and excellent negotiation skills.
Additional qualifications include experience with selling a product in combination with a companion diagnostic, valid driver's license, and ability to travel as necessary.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in biological science or related discipline, 5 or more years of relevant specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, and specialty experience in Oncology and Urology.
