Associate Manager, Finance

As an Associate Manager, Finance, you will oversee day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coach finance teammates
• Prepare full sets of accounts, including monthly management reports and analysis
• Oversee subsidiary management reports
• Create reports, analyze data, and present findings
• Monitor cash flow management and accounting information consolidation
• Liaise with external auditors and the tax department
• Manage account closures and general accounting functions
• Ensure timely report submissions to management
• Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Support headquarters' initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and management reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work systematically and recommend process changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with global/regional finance compliance and accounting processes is an advantage
