Description
We're looking for a Sr Engineer - Product Development to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and releasing hot end exhaust sensor assemblies for major programs in FNA, such as the F150 and Superduty.
In this role, you will develop sensor end items from PS to OKTB on F150 and Superduty, from initial design in the UNVx phase through FDJ to industrialization and mass production at VO Assy plants EPT through System Fill. You will use product development tools to advance the design, including supplier selection/contract with Team of Four, design development and prototype testing (component/system/vehicle).
You will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, and 5+ years of experience in product development engineering. You will also have proven experience in program delivery, managing automotive components from initial concept/design through industrialization and mass production.

This position is a salary grade 7 or 8 and ranges from $86,600 to $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and competitive market value.
