Aramco is seeking a Senior Contract Advisor to join our Jazan Refinery Maintenance Dept. (JZRMD). The successful candidate will provide strategic contracting expertise and advisory support to ensure the effective, compliant, and cost-efficient management of maintenance-related contracts.
Key responsibilities include leading contract lifecycle management, providing strategic contractual advice, reviewing and drafting contractual documents, ensuring compliance with Aramco's commercial policies, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, managing contractor performance, and mentoring junior contract professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement, or legal advisory roles, preferably within the oil and gas, refining, or energy sector.
Requirements include excellent negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution skills, a strong analytical mindset, and demonstrated leadership in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
