Retail Artist

We're seeking a Retail Artist to join our team at Brown Thomas Limerick. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our clients. You will be expected to work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, and to be a real support to your managers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services
• Creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including ingredients, benefits, and usage
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
