Full-Time Merchandiser

The Full-Time Merchandiser plays a vital role in supporting strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts.

This labour-intensive role involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Key responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers to ensure full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

• Rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

• Pulling and reporting any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

• Ensuring all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

• Maintaining clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

• Supporting in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.

• Other duties as assigned.

The Full-Time Merchandiser will also be expected to:

• Regularly collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A valid US Driver's Licence

• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Experience merchandising is a plus

• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

• English; additional languages an advantage
