Description
As a Counter Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will be the ultimate ambassador of the brand, leading your team and bringing our unique vision to life. You will be a dynamic and inspiring business manager who coaches your team to achieve sales and operational goals. You will be responsible for weekly and monthly productivity reports to the Field Sales Manager, driving sales success by motivating your team to meet daily and monthly KPI targets. You will also lead your top team through daily meetings, 1-on-1 performance reviews, Tilbury theatre events, and general line management.
Your responsibilities will also include creating a magical customer experience by building genuine emotional connections with customers, owning your store statistics, and determining the steps needed to control future risks and opportunities. You will think outside the box with your calendar-year plan, taking into account new product launches and the consequences of the previous year's activity/market. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of entrepreneurship by proposing plans, events, and other activities to achieve commercial success.
You will also be responsible for managing stock levels through sales, audits, and inventory counts, analyzing all available information to provide proactive advice to the Field Sales Manager. You will manage personnel planning, continuous talent management, and succession planning for your team. You will handle complex HR issues in accordance with the company's HR policy and procedures, and seek advice and guidance when necessary.
You will claim ownership of the entire recruitment process in your store, proactively seeking out exceptional talent and providing all applicants with a magical experience. You will determine the training needs of your team in collaboration with the Field Training Manager and provide feedback on areas for improvement. You will stimulate your business KPI performance and build on it to achieve leading results and remain number one, including growth.
You will ensure that the best customer experience is delivered by embedding the methodology of magical service and building brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers. You will own your store statistics and determine the steps needed to control future risks and opportunities. You will work in a hybrid environment, with some remote work options.
