Join our adventure at Ubisoft and help create the unknown! As a Consolidation Specialist, you will be part of the Administrative Department at our International Headquarters in Carentoir, France. Your role will involve participating in the production and analysis of the Group's consolidated financial statements.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contributing to and animating the processes of elaboration and review of the consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis
- Ensuring the preparatory work: setting up and following procedures, determining the scope, applying new accounting standards
- Auditing and verifying the monthly reporting of subsidiaries within the Group
- Participating in documenting analyses, controls, and improving tools and procedures in place
- Participating in operational transformation projects within the Group
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Confirmed experience in a cabinet of audit or within a Financial Department
- A good understanding of consolidation rules and IFRS standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Synthesis and rigor, with the ability to get straight to the point with diplomacy
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
The recruitment process will consist of three stages:
- 30-minute phone call with a recruiter
- 60-minute interview with the manager of the post and a recruiter
- 60-minute interview with the Consolidation & Tax Director and the Administration Director Worldwide
