Description

We are looking for an Electro Mechanic to join our Technical Services team in Bergen op Zoom. As an Electro Mechanic, you will be responsible for our preventive maintenance. You will work in a large factory with a high degree of automation and varied techniques. This is a dynamic and responsible role where you will have a lot of freedom.

As an Electro Mechanic in the day shift, you will be jointly responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance and will perform modifications to our production equipment and installations. You can be deployed throughout the entire factory. You will work in Bergen op Zoom and report to the Supervisor Technical Services.

Your work will involve:

Performing preventive maintenance on our equipment, replacing parts; Programming, setting up and operating the controls of all installations and equipment related to the processes; Knowledge of PLCs, temperature and frequency regulators, industrial automation; Submitting well-substantiated proposals for modifications to the existing installations; Guiding and directing external mechanics in the execution of work; Recording performed maintenance, used materials and special features in our SAP system; Complying with company and food safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A minimum of completed MBO level 3 education in the direction of electrical engineering; Proven work experience in electrical engineering in a production environment; Knowledge of NEN 3140 regulations; Computer skills and preferably experience with SAP; A hands-on mentality, showing initiative and being creative in finding technical solutions; The drive to continuously improve processes; A willingness to (later) work consignment shifts.
