Description

We are seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager Horeca for our operations in the Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, and Groningen region.

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the national On Premise business plan in your region. You will lead a team of 5 Account Managers Horeca, 1 Account Manager Work & Study, and report to the Head of Field Sales. Together, you will ensure that Red Bull is not only available but also truly experienced by consumers, for example, through innovative cocktails on the menu. You will be the face of Red Bull in your region and work daily on growing distribution, sales, execution, and activation within the On Premise channel: horeca, catering, universities, events, and nightlife.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Regional On Premise Manager, you set the pace in your region. With natural leadership, you build a team culture full of energy, ownership, and results. You maintain a sharp view of what's happening in the market, actively drive performance, and see opportunities before others do. You are a strong networker within the horeca industry and understand what is needed to build and maintain sustainable relationships. You easily move within the horeca network and gather and connect relevant relationships and stakeholders - both internal and external - to achieve commercial goals.
  • You ensure tight, effective meetings and challenge your team to be well-prepared, proactive, and always a step ahead. At the same time, you live the values of Red Bull every day and are a visible role model within the team and organization. You continuously invest in talent: you attract the right people, provide sales and negotiation training, organize coaching days in the field, and hold weekly 1:1 check-ins with your team. You help them grow and ensure they get the best out of themselves. You also actively build a strong talent pipeline for the future of the On Premise team.
  • You report to the Head of Field Sales and keep them informed about results, developments, and new opportunities in your region. Together, you ensure that Red Bull remains visible, relevant, and indispensable on the places where it happens – from daytime horeca to nightlife.
  • As Regional On Premise Manager, you are responsible for developing and realizing the regional On Premise business plan. You ensure maximum distribution, visibility, and consumption of Red Bull and build strong, sustainable relationships with key horeca entrepreneurs and partners in your region. Together with the marketing team, you work on impactful activations and strong brand experiences. You secure a premium execution at events and important nightlife moments so that Red Bull is visible and relevant at the moments when consumers genuinely experience the brand.
  • In this role, you combine fieldwork with strategic leadership: approximately 50% of your time is spent in the field with your team, where you coach, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships. The other 50% focuses on steering, development, strategy, analysis, and planning to accelerate growth in your region.

Data and Business Management:

  • You always have a sharp view of what is happening in your region. With dashboards, CRM, and other tools, you analyze market developments and KPIs and translate insights quickly into concrete actions for your team. You keep track of budgets, contracts, and deadlines and ensure that systems, processes, and reports are organized tightly. At the same time, you help your team use data effectively, so they can see opportunities faster and meet their targets. This way, you ensure that insight directly leads to action – and Red Bull continues to grow and win in your region.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 4-6 years of experience in leading a sales team with tangible achievements
  • You have a proven network with important horeca players in Amsterdam
  • You are flexible in evenings and weekends
  • You are authentic, solution-oriented, effective, and very entrepreneurial
  • You have a good understanding of the market, sales/distribution, competition, and consumer behavior
  • You are an excellent negotiator with good communication skills and are able to build and maintain good relationships
  • You are numerate and have a HBO/WO education
  • You have a valid driving license B and live in the region of this function
