Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during periods of absence, and maintain customer relationships across large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

The role involves:

• Participating in a training program to develop your skills and knowledge of Red Bull and its products
• Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and display
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers to drive sales growth
• Supporting the team with audits, merchandising, and display building
• Meeting daily key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising

Requirements:

• Valid US driver's license and DOT medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage
