Description
You will be responsible for developing the in-store communication strategy to maximise the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade, while maintaining the brand's personality and values.
Key responsibilities include developing the in-store communication plan, creating and managing all channels of communication, and ensuring the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives.
You will also be responsible for aligning and coordinating sales and marketing activation programs, managing budgets, and overseeing the management of POSM processes.
Additionally, you will be expected to develop action plans generated from in-store data analyses, develop and manage tools such as the Demand Request Tool and Asset Tracking Tool, and travel up to 30%.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in trade, category, brand, or key account management.
You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, efficient budget management skills, and strong creative skills to ensure best-in-class in-store execution.
Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines are also essential.

Responsibilities:
In-Store Communication Knowledge and Capability
You will develop the in-store communication plan in line with sales and marketing objectives, create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives.
Alignment and Coordination of Sales and Marketing Activation Programs
You will educate, orientate, and utilise the brand team to deliver through-the-line activity in-store, translate the country marketing plan into sales strategy, define the Perfect Store by channel for your market, and visit the point of sale regularly to ensure the brand is visible and global guidelines are respected.
Budget Management
You will efficiently manage budgets, including local production, coolers, logistics, and warehouse, indirect budgets.
POSM Management
You will manage all POSM processes, including import, production, development, warehousing, and distribution.
Agency Management
You will manage the creative agency for innovation and development of new POSM materials.
Asset Management
You will ensure the assets in the field are used properly, tracked, and get regular maintenance such as coolers and digital posters.
Insights Generation
You will develop action plans generated from in-store data analyses made by POS Specialists.
Product Management
You will develop and manage the Demand Request Tool and Asset Tracking Tool.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in trade, category, brand, or key account management.
- Clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behaviour, category management, and business insights in the FMCG context.
