At Bayer, we're seeking a skilled Lead Medical Science Liaison to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a key member of our Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance department, you will be responsible for providing scientific and objective medical information to healthcare providers and researchers in therapeutic areas of interest to Molecular Imaging within Bayer Radiology.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacology, medicine, physics, chemistry, or a related field, with at least 2 years' industry experience. They will possess excellent presentation, verbal, and communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining scientific expertise, direct scientific exchange, thought leader engagement, and identifying customer medical/clinical needs & challenges within the suite. The ideal candidate will be able to differentiate the features and value of Bayer products/solutions and services across the Molecular Imaging product portfolio.
As a Lead Medical Science Liaison, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal business partners as an expert consultant to meet specific scientific needs of internal and external contacts within specific therapeutic and geographic areas. You will also represent the company at scientific conferences, symposia, and medical meetings.
