Description
We are seeking a Chargé d'accueil H/F to join our team in Palaiseau. As a Chargé d'accueil, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical welcome of visitors, clients, suppliers, colleagues, and others. You will also handle incoming calls proactively and efficiently, manage mail reception and dispatch, oversee courier and taxi organization, and supervise common areas and meeting room schedules. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks related to the administrative department, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, and supplier orders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service or administration, a good mastery of Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and will not be eligible for remote work.
