Description
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Maintal, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market share within your territory, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers. Your primary focus will be on technical sales, providing expert advice and support to customers and potential customers in the field of special lubricants and lubrication technology. You will work closely with our internal teams, including sales, technical support, and research and development, to deliver tailored solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand market share within your territory
- Drive revenue growth and acquire new customers
- Provide technical sales support to customers and potential customers
- Develop and lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Technical knowledge and understanding of special lubricants and lubrication technology
