Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a portfolio of complex programs and driving delivery excellence
- Driving innovation and efficiency across the PS team to deliver better results
- Coordinating technical milestones and program-level dependencies across multiple engagements
- Acting as the primary lead for complex technical delivery discussions
- Mentoring junior TPMs and refining delivery processes
What We Look For
Requirements include:
- 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical programs
- Intermediate technical fluency with 1 Databricks Associate-level Certification required within 6 months
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows
- A track record of enhancing delivery standards and implementing changes
- PMP Certification required within 6 months of hire
