Sales Trainee

This Sales Trainee role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. You will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, or special projects, and work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities:

• Training: This is a training role that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position. Upon successful participation, you are eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
• Business Acumen: Understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, and establish friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools to execute the daily plan, communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.
• In-Route Support: Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Off-Route Support: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
