Production Operator

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at Bayer in Berlin, Germany. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate technical facilities and transportation equipment in the weighing area during shift work
• Conduct weighing of raw and auxiliary materials in the central weighing area
• Perform sampling and identity checks using NIR spectroscopy
• Operate technical facilities for cleaning equipment (e.g., container washing)
• Carry out stopper pre-treatment in computer-controlled systems
• Operate the raw material feed for solution preparation
• Assist with service activities such as cleaning, sterilization, and provision of small parts, as well as filter handling

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or extensive experience as a pharmaceutical or chemical worker
• Several years of experience in production operations, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
• Willingness to work in shift work (morning and evening shifts) and ability to operate forklifts
• Willingness to work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays
• Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks reliably
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
