Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at the Red Bull production site in Ludesch, Austria.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our modern dry mixing plant and continuously improving production processes. You will also ensure precise filling of big bags and other packaging variants, such as 25kg sacks.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and improve production processes
- Conduct routine quality and hygiene checks to maintain high food standards
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory for smooth production operations
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with the technical team on smaller projects
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship or relevant training
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and quality control
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Reliability and physical stamina
- Team player
- Good German language skills (minimum B1 level)
Working conditions:
- Shift work (2 shifts) with weekends and public holidays off
Salary: The collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is €2,413.11 gross per month. Our attractive salary packages are based on current market rates and exceed the minimum salary.
