Packaging Operator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Packaging Operator to join our team in Oosterbierum. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including filling, sealing, and labeling equipment
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve processes
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience and education preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
