Marketing Assistant Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant Intern to join our team at the New York Red Bulls. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various marketing projects and gain hands-on experience in content creation, campaign planning, brand strategy, digital marketing, and event marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging content (photo, video, and written) to highlight programs, players, and events across digital platforms
• Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns for camps, clinics, and player pathway programs
• Gain insight into how a professional sports organization communicates its value to parents, players, and clubs
• Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve results
• Support on-site marketing efforts at events
• Collaborate with operations, partnerships, and player development teams to align marketing efforts with program delivery and business objectives
• Build skills in communication, creativity, accountability, and execution within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Hands-on project ownership across content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations tasks
• Final presentation summarizing successes and recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Interested in marketing, business operations, analytics, or sports management
