Responsibilities

  • Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.
  • Lead and direct a team of employees to consistently make high-quality products and meet or exceed production targets.
  • Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Apply a 'Bias for Action,' promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues.
  • Embrace a servant leadership style, focusing on building high-performing teams and investing in their growth.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation.
  • Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.
  • Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce.
  • Actively listen to and value the perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
