Description

We are seeking an Associate Partner to lead the Enterprise Strategy & Architecture and Cloud & Infrastructure domains within Enterprise Technology. This is a senior, market-facing leadership role responsible for growing a distinctive capability that combines strategic technology advisory with enterprise platform, cloud, and infrastructure transformation.

The successful candidate will shape the market story, originate and lead opportunities, build stronger propositions, assure delivery quality, and develop a high-performing team.

Core mandate - Lead the Enterprise Strategy & Architecture and Cloud & Infrastructure domains within ET.

  • Build a coherent market proposition linking strategy, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, modernisation, simplification, and execution.
  • Originate and shape client demand, not just respond to delivery requests.
  • Strengthen ET’s contribution to TT’s broader value propositions and priority industry growth agenda.
  • Build team capability, commercial performance, and delivery credibility.

Capability leadership - Define the strategy, priorities, structure, and growth plan for Enterprise Strategy & Architecture and Cloud & Infrastructure.

  • Create a joined-up leadership model across strategy, architecture, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Build the methods, assets, playbooks, and capability standards needed to scale the practice.
  • Strengthen integration with adjacent ET domains and the wider TT capability set.

Market and client leadership - Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, chief architects, infrastructure leaders, and transformation sponsors.

  • Lead client conversations on technology strategy, target architecture, modernisation, cloud and infrastructure transformation, service improvement, and cost/value optimisation.
  • Position ET as a front-end advisory and transformation partner.
  • Originate, qualify, and shape strategic opportunities through to close.

Commercial leadership - Own pipeline creation, sales contribution, and revenue growth across the combined scope.

  • Improve opportunity qualification, pursuit discipline, forecast quality, and conversion.
  • Build a balanced portfolio across advisory, roadmap, transformation, and execution work.

Offer development - Sharpen and industrialise offerings that connect enterprise strategy and architecture to practical transformation delivery.

  • Build reusable diagnostics, methods, and assets, including AI-enabled accelerators where relevant.
  • Improve how ET is articulated to the market so the business value is clear, not just the technical scope.

Delivery and quality - Provide senior oversight on major engagements.

  • Ensure strong delivery quality, risk management, and client outcomes.
  • Support referenceable work that creates follow-on growth.

People leadership - Recruit, develop, and retain high-calibre talent across strategy, architecture, cloud, and infrastructure.

  • Coach senior leaders and build succession strength.
  • Set a clear tone on accountability, quality, ownership, and commercial contribution.

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience in enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology transformation.
  • Strong track record of winning and leading complex consulting and transformation work.
  • Experience building or scaling a capability, practice, or senior team.
  • Credibility with senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects.
  • Strong commercial instincts with evidence of pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
  • Able to connect strategic advisory work to practical delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed consulting environment.

Preferred background - Top-tier consultancy, advisory-led technology services firm, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of how architecture, cloud, infrastructure, cyber/resilience, and operations connect in enterprise transformation.
  • Familiarity with priority sectors such as SURE, FSI, and CRL.
  • Experience developing propositions, assets, and repeatable methods.

Leadership characteristics - Market-facing and intellectually credible.

  • Commercially sharp and disciplined.
  • Strong at translating strategy into executable propositions.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-aware.
  • Able to raise standards, performance, and ambition across the team.

Success measures - Clear strategy and growth plan for Enterprise Strategy & Architecture and Cloud & Infrastructure.

  • Stronger market articulation of ET.
  • Increased qualified pipeline and improved conversion.
  • Better integrated offers linking strategy, architecture, and execution.
  • Strong delivery quality and client outcomes.
  • Improved team strength, bench quality, and succession
