Global Portfolio Manager (Headsets)

Logitech is seeking a Global Portfolio Manager to lead the business side of new product introductions and manage the lifecycle of a set of products within the Logitech Headsets portfolio.

The successful candidate will develop portfolio rationale, lead upstream go-to-market activities, manage sustaining activities that promote operational excellence, and drive commercial initiatives to ensure the continued success of launched products.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Drive the business side of new product introductions, including developing portfolio rationale, defining the business opportunity, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to drive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting, and inventory management.
• Drive commercial initiatives to keep the launched portfolio alive, such as derivatives, pricing strategies, and channel development.
• Track financial performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Requirements:

• Skilled in audio technology, with the ability to analyze user behavior, B2C and B2B industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Expertise in creating and executing product portfolio strategies based on market data and business objectives.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting sales teams with product roadmaps, messaging, and launch strategies.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, with the ability to influence and guide improvements.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
