Red Bull Student Marketeer

We are looking for a highly motivated and charismatic Student Marketeer to join our team in Bayreuth, Germany.

As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products on campus, building relationships with students, and driving sales.

Your tasks will include:

• Representing the Red Bull brand through daily interactions with consumers and customers
• Expanding our customer base by offering our products and increasing brand awareness
• Developing and implementing a tailored campus plan to engage students and make the brand more visible
• Building a strong network and maintaining relationships with key personalities in the region
• Promoting the brand through authentic content on social media
• Collaborating with the sales team to create new distribution points and ensure in-store standards are met

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and outgoing personality
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Active involvement in student life and knowledge of the university, city, and region
• Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with occasional availability on weekends and evenings
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, and negotiation
• Well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus
• Valid driver's license
• Travel readiness: 60-70%
