At Bayer, we're seeking a Regional Account Director Oncology to drive key account strategy and unlock growth opportunities for our Oncology product portfolio in the New York metropolitan area. As a key member of our commercial and sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key account stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and developing cross-functional account plans to unlock growth opportunities across the Oncology portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key account stakeholders (C- and D-level)
- Understanding key priorities of accounts
- Conducting business reviews (QBRs)
- Leveraging data tools to identify growth opportunities
- Developing, implementing, and measuring cross-functional account plans that unlock growth opportunities across the Oncology portfolio
- Monitoring product pathway status and ensuring appropriate positioning
- Providing Area strategy and analytical support to the AGM and the rest of the customer squad
We're looking for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical account management, particularly in the IDN, Hospital, and/or community oncology/urology channels. You should have a deep understanding of customer channels and market dynamics across Oncology, as well as experience in budget management and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
