Description
As a Musketeer, you will be the face of the Red Bull brand in the On Premise environment, responsible for identifying business opportunities in new On Premise playgrounds to leverage brand image and drive sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners, building affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products, and delivering excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.
You will also be expected to know your territory like the back of your hand, follow the company's strategy, and master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage business success, negotiate win-win partnership agreements, and measure success by tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
Event activation is also a key part of this role, requiring you to ensure availability and premium High 5 execution around 3rd party and Red Bull events, and to organize incentives for customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need sales and marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, night-life, and/or FMCG industry, as well as basic market knowledge and integration into the local On Premise industry and community.
You will also need to be self-motivated, able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment, and possess strong planning, prioritization, and organisational ability, as well as analytical and communication skills.
