Intern - Corporate Strategy and Project Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised intern to join our Corporate Strategy and Project Management team at Porsche Engineering Services GmbH in Bietigheim-Bissingen.

As an Intern - Corporate Strategy and Project Management, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our international corporate strategy. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of key performance indicators and management dashboards to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Assisting in the management of strategic initiatives and tracking measures to implement the strategy
• Collaborating on company-wide transformation and integration projects in an international environment
• Supporting project management of development projects in the automotive sector
• Creating presentations in German and English for senior management and preparing decision requests
• Participating in workshops and internal training sessions

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be currently studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Have initial practical experience with AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Possess excellent MS Office skills and ideally experience with Power BI or similar tools for analysing and visualising corporate data
• Ideally have experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in technological and strategic issues in the automotive sector
• Be enthusiastic about digital innovations and eager to explore new applications of artificial intelligence
• Be fluent in German (at least B2 level) and English
• Demonstrate independent and structured work habits, as well as high enthusiasm and teamwork skills

Additional requirements:

• Valid matriculation at a university or college (or alternatively, be in a gap year)
• Availability to start immediately
• Duration of internship: 6 months
• Working hours: 35 hours/week
• Valid residence permit with work permit required
