Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. You will lead and manage all aspects of Razer Merchant Services' operations in Taiwan, driving market growth, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence for Razer Merchant Services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute country-specific strategies to achieve Razer Merchant Services' business objectives, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
- Lead and manage the entire country team, including sales, business development, operations, & compliance, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and secure new merchant partnerships & strategic alliances to expand Fiuu's network in Taiwan.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational efficiency of Razer Merchant Services' platform, ensuring seamless payment processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, & regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Establish & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, and industry partners.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, & reporting, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and internal policies related to payment services.
- Represent Razer Merchant Services as the primary contact in Taiwan.
- Collaborate closely with regional & global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the payment processing, fintech, or e-commerce industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or country management role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth & achieving sales targets in the Taiwan market.
- Deep understanding of the Taiwan payment landscape, including local regulations, consumer behavior, & competitive dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent business development & negotiation skills with a network of relevant contacts.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, & thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
