Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Palma de Mallorca Airport on a temporary contract from July to September.

As a Beauty Expert, you will work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs. You will be a team player, building strong relationships with colleagues and management to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality artistic talent and an impeccable customer experience
• Being an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and sharing your knowledge with customers
• Adapting your approach to different activities, customers, and opportunities to achieve success
• Following the company's personal image standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• A passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to share it with others
• Experience in makeup application and ability to adapt your style to different customers
• A positive attitude and unlimited thinking
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early and late turns
