Description
Your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include general cleaning and some landscape duties on an external environment, road, and car parks, being a helpful point of contact for customers who need assistance, being watchful for health and safety issues and reporting them to the management team, ensuring that cleaning/maintenance checks & site-specific compliances are adhered to, keeping the site safe, clean & welcoming towards our client & customers, and being an excellent ABM brand ambassador.
Required skills and experience include data centre cleaning experience (preferable), good inter-personal and communication skills, ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks, ability to work alone and as part of a team, approachable and courteous manner, an understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building, excellent attention to detail within cleaning/maintenance responsibilities, and the ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role & the business.
