As a Senior Area General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building the team, driving the success of this cutting-edge product, ensuring it reaches healthcare practitioners and patients who will benefit from its transformative impact.

The Sr. AGM, Asundexian is responsible for delivering top-line targets while effectively leading and managing a dynamic cross-functional customer-facing team within their business unit. You will manage a cost base which consists of personnel and flexible spending and will make necessary trade-offs to maximize impact.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving revenue goals for the area by executing comprehensive strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
  • Developing and leading a high-performing team in the business unit, including sales representatives, institutional sales specialists, key account managers, and other specialized roles.
  • Identifying, retaining, and attracting high-performing talent for the organization.
  • Gaining and applying a deep understanding of relevant markets, business models, strategic priorities, future direction, and financial drivers.
  • Defining the local area strategy and priorities in collaboration with the cross-functional and HQ team.
  • Managing a portfolio of brands across different therapeutic areas and dynamically allocating resources to maximize impact.
  • Directing local squad P&L by closely monitoring monthly financial reports, optimizing budget utilization through strategic allocation for various marketing and customer engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Developing long-term relationships with influential customers to address current and future business opportunities and advance brand(s) adoption.
