Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to work out of our corporate office in Harvey, IL. This individual will play a critical role in planning a mix of internal and external sourced materials for two sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal level of inventory that aligns with successful serviceability and financial targets; Range Of Coverage, Inventory Rotations, OnTime InFull, Net Operating Working Capital, etc.
• Site 1: Planning of external sourced materials; bulk management
• Review and Analyzing the supply position daily of storage tanks to support key metric of performance to schedule.
• Regular review with operations of actual readings versus schedule to ensure optimal tank levels are maintained.
• Purchase Order Management; including creating, confirmation, updates, and reconciliation.
• Inbound tanker/railcar schedule management
• Site 2: Planning of all material types.
• Process Order Management; including creating and reconciliation.
• Collaboration with operations on priority of repackaging to support key metric of OnTime Infull.
• Purchase Order Management; including creating, confirmation, updates, and reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a supply chain planning role
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel with excellent quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Team and people oriented, professional and displays a “can-do“ attitude.
• ERP planning experience required, SAP preferred
