At Bayer, we're looking for a Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Activation - Women's Healthcare to lead and coordinate digital strategy and activation across the Women's Healthcare franchise. This role provides franchise-level oversight and alignment across large, complex digital ecosystems supporting the IUD and menopause portfolios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Franchise-Level Digital Strategy & Orchestration (HCP and Patient): Own and synchronize digital strategy across both HCP and patient audiences for the WHC franchise, ensuring cohesive and coordinated approaches across the IUD and menopause portfolios.
- Strategic Oversight Across Digital Ecosystems: Provide strategic oversight across multi-channel digital ecosystems, including paid media, owned platforms, social, influencer, CRM, and patient engagement programs.
- Marketing Thought Leadership & Change Leadership: Act as a change agent and digital thought leader in advancing Women's Healthcare marketing strategy, bringing forward new approaches to improve effectiveness and impact.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or media leadership within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer-centric environments. They should have demonstrated experience operating across large, complex digital ecosystems, including paid media, social, influencer marketing, content, CRM, and patient engagement.
The salary for this role is between $220,240.00 and $330,360.00, with additional compensation possible in the form of a bonus or commission.
