Join our Intern Training Academy team as an intern and assist with various projects and tasks. You will play a key role in setting up the upcoming regional Training Academy located in the future Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Singapore. Your responsibilities will include supporting initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and Aftersales Qualifications, including regional product and branding training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts. You will also monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers.
As an intern, you will have opportunities to work directly with our 13 Asia Pacific markets, including Singapore. We are looking for individuals who are studying in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any relevant other studies. Prior internship experience is preferred, but not required. You should have fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and be open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality-oriented, able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
