Data & Analytics Intern (Systems)

As a Data & Analytics Intern (Systems) at Red Bull, you will support the operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of internal systems, contributing to data base organisation, report building, dashboard creation, and presentation development.

Responsibilities:

• Market Intelligence and Data Analysis:
• Support the construction, organisation, updating, and validation of databases.
• Monitor system usage, identifying opportunities for improvement in tools, flows, and routines.
• Develop and update reports and dashboards to track indicators, demand status, system utilisation, and operational performance.
• Create materials and presentations for meetings and business area alignments.
• Support the development of communications for internal users about updates, process changes, best practices, and new features.
• Contribute to process documentation, systemic flows, user guides, and support materials.

• Operational Support:
• Assist in data management and updating, document control, and material management.
• Help track calls, demands, and adjustments.
• Support the monitoring of deadlines, deliveries, project status, and area routines.
• Contribute to the organisation of documentation, demand histories, support materials, and user communications.
• Assist in testing, validation, and verification to ensure correct system and process functioning.

• Process Development:
• Contribute to the optimisation of manual activities, operational controls, and monitoring processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, connecting user needs to internal tool and system possibilities.

• Data Management:
• Create, update, and manage reports and dashboards to track indicators.
• Organise, validate, and maintain databases, ensuring information quality and consistency.
• Support data extraction and consolidation from different systems and internal sources.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields (expected graduation from June 2028).
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Analytical profile, organised, and good communication skills.
