Field Marketing Specialist North

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist North to join our team in Bilbao, Spain. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building the local presence of Red Bull in the North region, working closely with the Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute local strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the field strategy and define ideas and programs to build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level
• Support the Field Marketing Manager in developing, owning, and executing new ideas that are locally relevant
• Create and support key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities in line with Red Bull brand values and relevant to the local consumer and media landscape
• Lead and manage a team of Student Marketeers, ensuring the right profiles to drive conversion while promoting the development of shining stars within the Company
• Ensure the right Student Marketeer program setup, in the right places and moments to reach the target groups

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing, or Sales
• Experience working at events and Marketing activations from an organizational point of view
• University degree (3 years minimum) in Marketing or related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management competencies
• Leadership, motivation, and team skills
• Knowledge of the local Student Community & Universities
• Self-confident, sporty, self-motivated, interested in working with people, stress-resistant

Travel: 70-80%

Area of Impact: Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja, País Vasco, León, Burgos, and Palencia
