Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a highly versatile Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our core engineering team. In this high-impact role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the design, development, and evolution of our Payment and Settlement platform.

You will operate fluidly across the full technology stack,spanning backend systems, frontend experiences, and mobile integrations,while applying modern engineering practices and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development velocity and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and high-quality, user-centric frontend applications.

• Fintech Core Systems: Architect and optimize critical modules for Payments, Clearing, and Settlement, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and system resilience.

• Mobile Integration: Contribute to Android application development and ensure consistency of business logic across web and mobile platforms.

• Engineering Excellence: Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; actively participate in code reviews and continuously elevate engineering best practices.

• AI-Driven Development: Demonstrate strong fluency in AI concepts and tooling; effectively leverage state-of-the-art AI solutions to prototype, accelerate development cycles, and deliver production-ready systems at speed.

• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, particularly in high-concurrency environments and financial-grade security contexts.

Requirements:

• Experience & Seniority: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Fullstack Mastery:

• Backend: Proficient in Kotlin (our core stack).

• Frontend: Expert in React.js or Vue.js, with experience in building complex web applications.

• Mobile: Hands-on experience or a strong willingness to work with Android.

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or E-commerce Settlement systems.

• Location & Language:

• Based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.

• Fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English for cross-border collaboration.
