Project Specialist Water Technology

We are seeking a Project Specialist Water Technology to drive sustainable water solutions and reduce the water footprint of our global production sites.

As a Project Specialist Water Technology, you will define technical requirements for water treatment and wastewater treatment plants at new and existing locations, ensuring sustainable, efficient, and future-proof solutions are implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical specifications for water treatment and wastewater treatment plants, capturing all interfaces and requirements from relevant stakeholders and translating them into clear specifications and standards with a strong focus on sustainability.
• Collaborate with strategic partners during concept and tender phases to ensure Red Bull's standards and optimal solutions are selected and implemented.
• Develop a water map and mass balance for existing and new factories to implement online water monitoring, presenting data in a dashboard to compare consumption and water footprint across sites.
• Identify optimisation measures and create a roadmap with the team to reduce the water footprint.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, engaging with suppliers and attending industry events to compare solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally in a project environment with a focus on water.
• Proven technical experience with water treatment and wastewater treatment solutions; experience in the beverage industry is beneficial.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with high problem-solving competence, combined with conceptual thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Structured, independent work style with a hands-on mentality and high initiative.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, end-to-end thinking, and the ability to achieve effective results.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

The minimum collective contract salary for this position is €2,320.07 gross per month.
