Product Manager- Agentic Platform

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our ES365 AI team, which is part of Microsoft's engineering systems organization. You'll work on the Agentic Engineering platform, used by thousands of Microsoft developers, and focus on AI-powered developer efficiency. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision and strategy, prototyping with AI tools, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a defined area of Microsoft's agentic platform
• Use AI tools in daily work, prototype product concepts, and stay current on AI developer tools and agentic systems
• Demonstrate resiliency to experiment with multiple AI-driven product approaches
• Define how developers discover, adopt, and get value from the platform and its ecosystem
• Lead with judgment, verify with data, and make the case to leadership with evidence
• Work closely with engineering managers, principal engineers, and technical leads to scope work and make trade-offs
• Drive cross-team roadmap alignment and decision-making with partner teams
• Stay close to customers, run feedback loops, and ensure the product meets real needs
• Help create a team environment with high trust, direct feedback, and room for people to do their best work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development
• Proven experience as a Product Manager shipping developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure products end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tooling and coding assistants
• A clear point of view on what great looks like and a strong conviction on how AI is transforming the software development experience
• Track record of driving product adoption at scale
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
