Proposal Manager

Shield AI is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and manage software proposals and purchase agreements for domestic and international customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and robotics technology and software products, and will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Developing strategies for high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals
• Serving as the primary cross-functional owner of each proposal
• Maintaining strict configuration management of all documentation
• Authoring technical content for requests for information, abstracts, and quad charts
• Supporting account executives to close deals and grow revenue

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5+ years of proposal management experience
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Exposure to proposal methodologies such as Shipley
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience managing commercial proposals and agreements
• Strong understanding of AI and robotics technology
• Familiarity with software products, particularly Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs)
• Eligibility for Secret+ security clearance
