Senior Technical Program Manager, Sentry Platform Technologies

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead development of Sentry Platform Technologies. The Sentry Platform Technologies team develops common hardware and software capabilities that power the Sentry product family.

The successful candidate will drive development of shared hardware and software capabilities, partner with Product Management, the Lead Platform Architect, Chief Engineers, and engineering teams, and own technical planning and cross-functional execution from concept through production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies
• Drive development from concept through prototype builds, integration, validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, production, and adoption
• Partner with Product Managers, the Lead Platform Architect, Chief Engineers, and business line stakeholders
• Collaborate with Fixed Site Systems and Maneuver Systems TPMs
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams
• Drive standardization, modularity, and reuse of common technologies
• Identify technical and programmatic risks
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams
• Communicate roadmap status, technical decisions, program health, risks, and dependencies

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years leading complex hardware and/or software product development programs
• Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated hardware, software, or electromechanical technologies
• Strong understanding of systems integration, platform development, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp
• Experience leading highly cross-functional engineering efforts
• Proven ability to drive execution and influence technical decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense systems, automotive platforms, industrial equipment
• Experience leading development of shared hardware or software platforms
• Experience with compute platforms, power systems, communications, sensing technologies, platform software
• Familiarity with DFM/DFA, qualification testing, supplier readiness, reliability engineering, and manufacturing scale-up

Salary Range: $166,000-$220,000 USD
